The Four Productivity "Tools":


Be systematic: Each day set a designated time to go over what needs doing. This will give you a day plan which increases likelihood of achieving your goals. Create a day schedule!


Chunking: Stop Task-switching - it takes up large time chunks of your day. Instead, group like tasks together into blocks of time, then focus on those specifics. This helps you only decrease time wasted by task-switching and makes your priorities clearer in both the short- and long-term.


Results-oriented/Purpose-driven/Massive Action Plan (RPM)

What do you need to create a fulfilling life, one where you can grow and contribute? RPM is a system of thinking that allows you to uncover what you want.

To do this, you need to figure out what are your motivations, you’ll be in a better position to find the time you need to dedicate time to working for you.


Make the habits you want:

Harnessing the power of habit and productivity will become second nature. Productivity is about small incremental changes which will greatly improve productivity. For example, answering emails at designated times, getting fresh air or going to the gym.
